This stone is also known by the name Fools Gold, it is a natural sulfide or iron. It is said to aid the digestive system of abdomen and the upper intestinal tract. It has been reported to ease anxiety, depression, frustration and false hopes. Strengthens the astral body. Known to open the mind to new ideas, stimulate the intellect, link left and right hemispheres of brain facilitating communication between logic and emotion. Promotes analysis, creativity, psychic development, memory, channeling activities, and strength of will. Pyrite is claimed to increase the oxygen supply in the blood as well as strengthen the circulatory system in general and to be useful in clearing congested air passages.
